• You may not resell, redistribute, or claim our work as your own creation

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

• 50% deposit required to begin work on most projects
• Final payment due upon project completion before final delivery
• Late payments may incur fees as outlined in project contracts
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

6. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees. Major changes to project scope will require a new proposal and agreement.

7. Project Timeline

We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines. However, timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors including client feedback delays, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation terms:

• Clients may cancel projects with written notice
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun
• You will be invoiced for work completed up to the cancellation date
• Cancellation fees may apply as outlined in project contracts

9. Limitation of Liability

Inner Animal Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question.

10. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to deliver the services.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
